In recent years, Nutaku have been working really hard to try and corner the market on high quality 2D porn games. Booty Farm is one of the latest additions to their library, originally launching in 2018 and still growing steadily today. You come into town, you’re the new guy, and everyone wants to talk to you. If you say the right thing, eventually, the girls of said town feel the need to sleep with you, over and over again. You get a lot of this visual novel action in Booty Farm, but unlike in most other similar games, Nutaku felt the need to branch out and introduce some popular browser game genre concepts that became popular in the mid noughties. If you recall the very popular and groundbreaking video game Farmville, then you will undoubtedly recognize Booty Farm’s general formula. It is quite literally a farm simulator same as that game, where you have your patch of land and you can grow various crops and raise a number of animals for their product. Here they also mix in the visual novel aspects and you basically get a Farmville clone with visual novel elements and 12 unique female characters that you can romance, while you’re also taking care of your farm. And all of these concepts feed into each other. It’s basically one never-ending farming simulator with the ultimate rewards for great success being sexual favors from the local girls.

A Light and Breezy Storyline

Like every other Nutaku game, Booty Farm starts off with an easy to follow premise to get you hooked on the idea of playing the game. Nutaku really care about this quick and easy immersion, as in every single one of their games you’re going to get approached by a hot and horny anime girl seconds after you press Play. It’s the same in Booty Farm. Apparently, your character happened to be visiting the countryside when a very attractive vixen approached him and offered him sexual favors. She also implies that you can have even further sexual relations with her and the other female denizens of the village if you choose to move there and become a farmer. Apparently the village is suffering a serious shortage of young virile men. It’s a bit of a cliché setup, but for a browser game it’s absolutely perfect. After you inevitably accept her offer, she helps you around your farm which starts off as a very meager patch of land with very few crops. But, as time goes on you grow, invest and industrialize your farm until it is operating as a well-oiled machine. And don’t forget that the endgame here is to romance the 12 girls of the village using the currency and experience that you gained from farming as incentive to convince them to sleep with you. On paper it makes absolutely no sense, but within Booty Farm, once you get the hang of it, all of these concepts come together very nicely and they’re fairly immersive.

A Farming Game for City Boys

There are two kinds of people, those who enjoy Farmville and those who don’t. But if you dislike that game, you’re not going to enjoy this one either. So the idea is that you should replace Farmville with this game, full-time, because it offers roughly the same gameplay with a ton of extra features. In fact, if you were going to have to decide between the two, it should be a no-brainer. In Farmville you farm forever with no real incentive other than more farming. In Booty Farm, there are explicit sexual scenes around every corner just waiting to be unlocked. So it’s safe to say that Booty Farm has a lot to be desired, and not just in the niche department. The game itself is actually very interesting. Some people have criticized the game in comparison to other Nutaku titles since those are a lot more straightforward. However, this can be considered to be a pro rather than a con if you consider that in Booty Farm the gameplay is interesting regardless of the smut, so all the triple X scenes are a bonus rather than the only reason to be playing the game. Most other Nutaku games can feel like a mad dash to the finish line and that’s fine for some people. But if you’d like something with a bit more progression to it, then Booty Farm should be your go-to.

About Freemium and the Farm

Because this game draws a lot of inspiration from Farmville it was inevitable that it would inherit some of the less fortunate aspects of the gameplay. Namely, this is very much a freemium game. In other Nutaku games, you usually pay for more gear for your characters so that you can defeat a boss easier and get to the good stuff. And while this game has purchasable items as well, you’re far more likely to spend money to accelerate time. In other words, the game has a ton of events that clock out in real time and you have to wait them out. This is a basic psychological ploy that many browser games utilize to make sure that you play the game a bit across a longer period of time, rather than a lot in one day, then never again. Knowing that your crops are growing in real-time gives you incentive to come back the next day. You wake up in the morning, make yourself some coffee and remember to check in on your farm. And thus you keep coming back to the game day after day. However, sometimes you just want to progress within the game immediately, especially if you’re horny. If you want to do that, however, you’re going to have to fork over the hard dollars. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait. And if you’re in the mood to pleasure yourself to some of the triple X content that this game has in store, you’re not going to want to wait, and you’ll tell yourself that you’re only going to make a small one-time investment, before you realize you’ve dumped hundreds of dollars into the game. This is just speculation, however, and this type of psychology is applicable to all freemium games, not just Booty Farm. You’re more than free to enjoy this game without spending a single cent. And while other Nutaku games might be simpler and require less of your time, Booty Farm can technically be played a few minutes a day, every day, and you’ll eventually get all of the sex scenes, whilst feeling like you accomplished something. You can think of Booty Farm as a virtual pet, in that sense. You pop in once or twice a day to feed your fish, then clock out until the next morning.

The Technical Stuff

As a Nutaku game, Booty Farm boasts the expected high quality 2D visuals that you’ve come to know and love. All the art is absolutely professional and well-made and the layouts are very friendly and welcoming. You can enjoy the game quite well in any browser on any type of device, which means this is a great game to play on mobile as well. As an added bonus, Nutaku have Android versions of most of their games, and Booty Farm is one of them. Given that the game’s layout is perfect for touch screens, it is very recommended that you grab the APK as soon as possible if you’re considering giving this game a shot.
